SubiNats is powered by community and we’re inviting creatives to be part of that story.

We’re currently accepting applications from photographers, videographers and influencers who want to help capture the full SubiNats experience. From high-speed circuit action and roll racing to show & shine builds, candid moments and the people behind it all. Your work will help define how this event lives on.

This is more than just a media pass. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a passionate, growing community and give something back through your craft.

Media Requirements

To ensure we can continue promoting SubiNats long after the event, all approved media contributors are required to:

• Upload all edited content to a shared folder provided by the SubiNats team
• Submit content within 1 month of the event date
• Provide files suitable for ongoing promotional use

Your work will be used across our social media, website, and future marketing campaigns to help showcase the event and support its continued growth.

Things to Note

There will be a compulsory briefing for all authorised media personnel at 8am on Saturday 10th October in the Hinxman Room. 

There will be no drones allowed and trackside access will only be allowed with the correct Motorsport Australia or AASA approved trackside accreditation and the correct media vest. No exceptions.

All other media representatives selected will have no trackside access but will be officially representing SubiNats and will receive an exclusive Media only t-shirt!

Please note, any unauthorised media in accredited areas will be immediately ejected from the event. Without exception.
