The Pakelo Lubricants SubiNats Shotgun Shootout is a knockout style competitive event, held on the wet skidpan at Sydney Motorsport Park. Entrants must take a passenger riding 'shotgun' to compete!

This is your chance to race head to head with other competitors through our dual course setup on the wet skid  to earn your place in the elimination rounds – all with a passenger on board for some extra fun!

This year, the Shotgun Shootout will be held in the middle of the day, for maximum spectator engagement! Limited entry numbers ensures plenty of skid pan time for you to show the crowd what you've got!

A Motorsport Australia (CAMS) Speed Licence will be required and supplementary regulations can be found here closer to the event. Due to the knockout nature of this event, there will be no provision for double entered vehicles.

All Competitors must also complete the below required Motorsport Australia forms prior to the event, print it out and bring with them to registration:

Shotgun Shootout entrants have the option to purchase an exclusive competitor t-shirt when they enter and are eligible to participate in the Parade Lap immediately following the Shootout presentation at 4pm.
